Roberto proudly serves both English- and Spanish-speaking clients and is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to provide clear communication and trusted guidance to Maryland and D.C.ās diverse communities.
Before joining Trollinger Law, Roberto worked for the federal government in Washington, D.C., where he advised on federal lease procurements and complex contractual disputes. He previously practiced at a boutique law firm assisting whistleblowers in exposing fraud. These experiences sharpened his litigation skills and strengthened his ability to analyze complex cases ā skills he now uses to advocate for injured clients throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Roberto earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. He began his legal career clerking in the Puerto Rico court system, first at the Court of Appeals and later at the Supreme Court. He also served as a law clerk for the Vermont General Assemblyās Office of Legislative Council. Roberto is licensed to practice law in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.
A Charles County resident, Roberto enjoys spending time with his family and staying active outdoors through hiking and bicycling.
